The Full wireless charging option is what you would find inside your device when disassembled, with the thermal padding on the back.
The Minimal wireless charging option provides a simpler appearance, and more visibility of the internal parts of your device, while retaining the wireless charging functionality as normal. This has been tested and will not cause any overheating or unsafe temperatures for your device.
The No wireless charging option is exactly as it sounds, no wireless charging coil. This will not cause any issues outside of wireless charging not working, of course.
These are 2 (or 3, depending on the model) magnets that are directly below your wireless charging coil in a vertical line. These help in aligning Magsafe accessories, but otherwise are not required. We give the option to remove them to not obscure the text printed on the battery. Feel free to contact us for custom requests on the lower magnet placement.
Don't worry, as a part of the customization process, we laminate the back glass with a transparent film. This ensures the back glass remains intact, even if it breaks.

No! We do not remove or replace any of your paired parts at all, and only replace the copper coil itself (If you select wireless charging), keeping the microphone and flashlight that are paired to your phone the exact same ones as from the factory.
Placing An Order
Upon purchasing, we will send you a package that contains a pre-paid return shipping label and return package, in which you place your phone and follow the included instructions to ensure it is packaged properly and safely.
You can then bring this package to any local USPS, or you may be able to schedule a mail pickup from your location by USPS. We recommend getting a receipt to ensure your device is received and insured immediately upon drop off.

No big deal! If you accidentally chose the wrong color, or changed your mind on the wireless charging option, please contact us by Clicking Here before shipping your phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the customization process begins.
Yes, depending on where the damage is, we may be able to perform the customization, although we do not recommend this. A device with a cracked back is not eligible for the transparent customization as it requires an intact back glass panel. We will notify you if your mail-in is found to be ineligible for customization.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by Clicking Here or at support@iclear.store. Any order that has not yet been customized can be cancelled free of charge. Orders in which the device has begun or completed customization can not be canceled. Click Here to view our Return Policy.
Shipping
Yes! All packages are fully insured for the value of your phone, so you are covered no matter what. If your phone is damaged in any way upon delivery, please contact us immediately by Clicking Here, or at support@iclear.store. We may request additional details such as the order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging.
Currently, we only offer shipping and Mail-In customizations within the United States. We're working on expanding our services, so stay tuned for future updates!
You will receive a package in the mail within 3 business days. This will contain a pre-paid and fully insured return label, along with instructions on how to properly and safely mail us your phone with the provided packaging. Once we receive your phone, we will perform our customizations within 2 business days and have it back in the mail by the 3rd business day.
From purchase to final delivery, the entire process is expected to take 7-14 business days, varying based on shipping location or unexpected shipping delays. You will be notified immediately via Email regarding any delays in customization on our part, or any issues with receiving/delivering your phone.

Yes, we offer tracking on all packages sent to and from us during the entire customization process. Please check your email for a tracking number, or Click Here and enter your order number to see the tracking.
The Customization
Yes, all devices customized are resealed with strong adhesive to ensure a finish as close to factory as possible, although exposing your device to water directly is never a good idea.
We recommend backing up any/all data on your phone before shipment. We handle every phone with care, but accidents can happen. Although your phone is fully insured against any accidental damage, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the shipment or customization of your phone.
No, all of our customizations have been tested to ensure that nothing done will negatively affect the functionality of your device. If your device is experiencing issues after delivery, please contact us by Clicking Here, or at support@iclear.store
If you have selected the Full wireless charging option, the wireless charging coil and thermal padding is replaced to ensure a perfect fit, finish, and function, identical to the original part. This replacement is of only the copper coil itself, and any attached parts, such as the flashlight and rear microphone, are still the originals that are paired to your device. We guarantee our services will give no unknown part errors, and cause no functionality issues. All other parts modified are also original to your device, such as the back glass and camera lenses, ensuring no durability or quality is lost. The Minimal wireless charging option retains the original charging coil that came with your device.
This customization will retain all of the original durability of your device, as we only modify the existing back glass panel. The camera lenses and all other structural parts remain the same.

Everything Else
Any/all factory warranties active on your phone will likely be voided through this customization process.
Yes, but it may void the carrier or payment plan terms. We are not responsible for any fees, fines or other negative outcomes associated with the modification of a device under contract.
