Mail-In Service Information

For all Mail-In orders, we will ship a Priority mail package to you within 2 business day of receiving valid payment. Delivery times may vary based on location, but expect to receive this package within 3 business days of placing your order. This package will contain a second package with a pre-paid return label, as well as instructions on how to safely mail us your phone for the customization.

Due to shipping restrictions on Used Electronic Devices containing a Lithium-ion Battery, the return label and package will be sent with Ground shipping, and will take 2-5 business days to be returned, based on location.

Once we receive your phone, we will perform our customizations within 2 business days and have it back in the mail on or before the 3rd business day. These times may vary based on demand, but you will be immediately notified if there is any delay on our part outside of this window, or if there are any issues with receiving your phone.

Once the customization is completed, your device will be returned to you using Ground shipping and will be delivered withing 2-5 business days based on location and other factors.

From purchase to final delivery, the entire process is expected to take 7-14 business days, this may vary due to shipping location or unexpected shipping delays. 

If our initial package containing a return label has been delivered, but the return label does not show as shipped within 14 calendar days, we reserve the right to void the return label and send you a full refund. We will contact you prior to doing so, both upon initial delivery of the return package, as well as after 7 calendar days after delivery of the return package if it has not been scanned by a post office. Please Contact Us if you have any issues with meeting or exceeding this deadline and we will assist you in any way we can.

All packages will be fully insured to the value of your device, so you are covered in the case of any accidental damage during shipment, but it is recommended you back up all personal data before shipping your phone in case any accidental damages or loss occurs.

We currently only ship within the US, international shipping is not yet available.

We will not accept any packages that do not use the packaging and/or label provided by us. If your packaging or return label gets lost or damaged, please Contact Us and we will provide assistance or replacements if needed.
